Return & Exchange Policy • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns. • Exchanges are considered only if the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival. Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. • Hair must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, uncut, and with tags/packaging intact).
Maintenance & Hair Care • We recommend co-washing hair before installation. • Use sulfate-free, moisturizing products to maintain hair longevity. • Treat your extensions with the same care as your natural hair for best results.
